AllianceFinance is a matchmaking service that facilitates the connection between potential borrowers and accredited partner lenders.

AllianceFinance IS NOT a lender. We do not make credit decisions, set interest rates, or have any control over the terms of loans offered by our partners. Our role is limited to forwarding your application to our network of partner lenders.

To use our services, you must: be at least 18 years old, be a Canadian resident, have a verifiable source of income, provide accurate and complete information.

AllianceFinance reserves the right to refuse access to its services to any person, at any time, without notice.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your application. Any misrepresentation may result in the rejection of your application and could have legal consequences.

AllianceFinance does not independently verify submitted information but reserves the right to request supporting documents.

Submitting an application via AllianceFinance does not in any way guarantee loan approval. Approval, amounts, rates, and terms are determined exclusively by partner lenders according to their own evaluation criteria.

The use of AllianceFinance's matchmaking service is entirely free for borrowers. AllianceFinance is compensated by partner lenders when a loan is granted. This compensation does not affect the loan terms offered to you.

All content on this site (text, images, logos, graphics, source code) is the exclusive property of AllianceFinance or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

AllianceFinance cannot be held liable for decisions made by partner lenders, the terms of loans granted, financial losses resulting from the use of our services, or the inaccuracy of information provided by users.

AllianceFinance reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the site. Your continued use of the service after publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Quebec courts.
